Trying to get ATI TV Wonder Pro PCI card to work - UCI not installed on system???

I'm trying to get my ATI TV Wonder Pro PCI card to work; however, whenever I'm in the middle of installing the multimedia center is gives a prompt that first says "ATI DVD Decoder not installed ATI DVD will not install" and then "UCI not installed on system" so after I try and get the TV player to run it says failed to initialize (I assume because of the UCI is not installed on the system).

How do I get this to work?

I even found a link for something called DAO/MDAC in the old drivers page and after installing it saw mention of something called UCI while it was installing. But then after installing the multi media center it doesn't give the error message but when I try to run the TV it still doesn't initialize.

Any ideas what's going on? I just switched back from Vista to XP Pro to use this card because it worked on my old XP Home system but now it's not working.

Thanks in advance

System Specs

My suggestion would be to not use new drivers and try using the ones that came on the CD. (I sound like a broken record sometimes haha).

I never understood what the UCI was (I believe it stands for Unified Component Installation? Just my guess), but when I first installed it, it caused alot of issues for me, as well as installing some things (like DAO) that I can't see as being necessary.
