! GuidePlus+ for ATI PDOXUSRS.NET Fix
Hey,
I was just working on some of my—unfortunately many backed-up—projects and finally got around to polishing this one for release. I’ve been using it for a year or two, and wanted to get it out for everyone else. No more C:\PDOXUSRS.NET.
(Hosting is only part-time—most of each day, Eastern time. I can however mirror the file elsewhere if anyone has difficulty getting it.)

This tool will patch GuidePlus+ for ATI to allow the user to determine where the PDOXUSRS.NET file should be stored. Once patched, GuidePlus+ will store the PDOXUSRS.NET file in the directory set with the BDE configuration tool instead of C:\.
* Make sure to close GuidePlus+ and the ATI MMC (all parts) before running the patch.
Please feel free to contact us with any comments, questions, bug reports or for further help.

I’ve released a new version. Version 2.0 can be run in silent/unattended mode, for use in install scripts and such.

This week is hotter than Hell, so I can't use my system, therefore all my files are locked away for the time being.

Out of curiosity... this just removes that file or prevents it from coming back?
I didn't know it was that big an issue. What is actually in the file, do you know? (I just get garbage output on mine)

Weird, I didn’t get a notification of a reply.
Anyway, the file is just a temp file. It should be stored wherever it is configured to (and used to be in an older version of GuidePlus+), but is now stored in C:\ no matter what you set it to. This patch doesn’t remove the actual file, it patches the location in the DLL so that GuidePlus+ puts the file where you tell (eg a TEMP directory) it to instead of C:\.
