ATI T200 Unified AVStream Driver ?

Sorry if this question has been asked before, but I never found a solution to this problem that finally resolved the issue of this driver not being loaded correctly every time you upgrade or re-install the latest drivers.

I HAVE seen the driver loaded correctly in the device manager and other times it is NOT and the yellow exclamation point is next to it in device manager with the code 10 in its properties.

I just purchased this AIW x800xt card and have NOT installed any of the MMC versions as of yet until I attempt to get this ATI T200 Unified AVStream driver issue resolved.

When I uninstall the previous drivers & ccc using the ATi uninstall utility and re-boot in safe mode, I have been only using the one ATI cleaning tab with DC 1.5. Are there other drop down tabs in the DC 1.5 cleaner I should be using also to ensure I remove all remnants of ATI that may be remaining and causing an issue with this ATI T200 driver not installing correctly?

Should I run a registry cleaner app while still in safe mode AFTER using the DC 1.5, then re-boot and install the 6.8`s & CCC ?

I have asked ATI about this and all they say is do a uninstall & re-install of the drivers !!!

I probably will never watch T.V. on the pc, but I do intend to do some video editing and if this ATI T200 driver doesn`t install correctly I don`t think that will even work.

I've got the EXACT same problem...

It worked before... I sent it back to the shop after I thought it was broken, but I got it back after 2 weeks and they told me I don't have Video-In when obviously I used it before... what a bunch of... I got a VIVO cable with it (Video-In, Video-Out cable) and it HAS worked before...

You aid you send him a PM... could you PLEASE share here what the sollution is? I have this problem for quite some time now...

But now I have a request for you: since you have a very recent AiW X800XT (was it a new one when you bought it, or did it come from eBay?), could you maybe have a look at this thread and tell us how yours is working?... It would be interesting to know if they have changed something by now!?...

I don't think I did respond.

Heck I don't remember what I said and my PM box is empty.

I think you'll need to run CAB cleaner and ALL the ATI filters on Driver Cleaner just to be safe.
