Can't watch TV with x800xt

[color=#0000ff]i can't get the TV to work, it keeps saying failed initialize and then i run the tests anhd its saying i dont have direct x 9.0c installed properly, when i know i do. it also says my graphics chip isnt a radeon, which of course it is, and its also saying that capture driver INF files are not installed. Whats going on? I tried totally uninstalling everything and installing everything from ati.com in the proper order. Still no TV. [/color]

Have you tried using Driver Cleaner?

Also check your device manager and see if you have WDM's installed correctly..Can you tell us what version of the driver your using and what version of the MMC...these two have to correspond or they won't work properly together...

Well he probably installed the newest ones, which in and of itself may be the problem
