The patch is only a little under 7meg so there can't be many changes.
They also released new versions of 3dmark05 and pcmark05.

I downloaded 3DMark06 full within a little over 30 or so minutes....
are the servers getting that pounded for it right now?

Hmmm....my download for the full 3DMark 05 is taking only about 8 minutes. I just downloaded the patch for 06 in about 30 seconds.
Some of you may not be choosing the right server.

i thought the server i was downloading from was a bit slow.. but i was content with a 30 minutes wait.

Major Geeks....started downloading it then I stopped and moved to another Major Geek server.Much faster.1st server must have needed a dose of Ex-Lax or something.....Thanks guys!My score didnt vary at all eather....must have been new wallpaper day or something like that.A little more fluff.

I can't publish any results until they put my video card on the recognized list.
So far, it shows up as a Generic VGA adapter and that won't let me publish any results.
BTW, I'm using a borrowed AMD mobo and using a X1950 Pro PCIe video card at present.

EDIT: I got a Generic Email from FutureMark a little while ago. Maybe I should tell them I don't recognize Generic Emails.
