Audigy 2 Value + Vista + 3538L = no ASIO

Hi everyone! I've just posted this in Russian section bu t I want to cross-post it here? my problem that is. I've installed 3538L, and I've got Vista RTM. Why doesn't ASIO driver setup screen come out when I try to open it from kx menu? Also, Cubase SX detects 9 ASIO drivers (VST Audiobay menu):

ASIO DirectX Full Duplex Driver
ASIO Multimedia Driver
kX ASIO SB0400 10k2 [bc00]
kX ASIO 1
kX ASIO 2
kX ASIO 3
kX ASIO 4
kX ASIO 5
kX ASIO 6
kX ASIO 7

Only the first 2, which are software anyway, work. If I select kX ASIO SB0400 10k2 [bc00], I get "kX ASIO Init error: Error initialising secondary kX ASIO buffer". If I seclect kX ASIO 1...7, I get "kX Init error: kX device not found"

What to do? Also, the speaker test in kX-mixer fails if I try to test speakers, I get an error.
