OCZ Customer service:)
Well all I really wanna say is that OCZ Rocks! They have one of the best customer service RMA's around... they upgraded my gamers gold 3500 1gig sticks to their Platinum gamers extreme 3200 2 gig sticks... All I need to do now is figure out the rest of my ram settings to get the most outta 'em! Anyways, am keeping up my end of the bargain by letting everyone know it was an easy experience and they were a pleasure to work with! That's OCZ for all my future RAM btw!!!! Peace!

ive always had good customer support from OCZ, 2 RMA's on the famed 3200VX 1 gig set, no biggie as i was playin with this on an nforce2, second time around though i asked about something that would respond a lil better to lower volts and got back a 1 gig set of 3200GX XTC, 2,2,2, at 200ish only but im not sure how it clocks with different timings. sold it of right after the RMA and got this 2 gig set I got now for 160 bucks after a 30$ rebate from OCZ, and came relatively quick too, well ahead of the Oct. 2nd predicted mail date. all and all a very good experiance with OCZ, always contcted through email and response time was quick
