GTA3: Multi Theft Auto patch is now available!
Big thanks and ups go out to Blue's News for tipping me off to the new un-official GTA3 Multi Theft Auto patch that will add some multi-player functionality to the funnest/buggiest game of last year.

Oh gads.
I got it downloaded and realize not only do I not have GTA3 installed right now, Bubbles is offline and I'm using her monitor/keyboard/mouse to fix up me buddies computer.  I'll check it out after the kids go down. It looks like it's not quite ready for primetime, but it's DEFINATELY looking like it has some promise for the future!  |

The damn patch doesn't work. I get some 327 error maybe I'll post a screenshot later. Anyone else got the same problem?
EDIT: The error message says:
Run-time error '372':
Failed to load control 'SSTab' from TABCTL32.OCX. Your version of TABCTL32.OCX may be outdated. Make sure you are using the version of the control that was provided with your application.
And...I am using the TABCTL32.OCX that came in the zip file. I don't get it.

Where did you place your TABCTL32.ocx file? I got it working last night. I placed it under %SYSTEM_PATH%\SYSTEM32.
Note : I did backup the newer version I had before I overwritted this file. (just in case Borland Builder C++ 6 or Oracle JBuilder would be farked up). |

Well, I was gonna try that but now there's version 0.2 and it seems to be working. The only thing is i can't seem to be able to connect to any server. The console is working though. Well I'll just keep trying.
