frozen cpu
the yactually have guys there that now about their products(ie h2o cooling). they have very good selection, reasonable prices & expedite shipping.
i ordered an alphacool kit at their rec, when it got here it was missing the 120v cabal(alphacools fault). since they did not have a replacement cable they upgraded me to a better pump for free & paid the diff betwwen reg ups ground & 2 day air fedex so it would get here quicker. a pleasure doing business with them  |

top notch service indeed
 they have real people packaging stuff too....I ordered something "express 3 day" and they bumped it down to ground, refunded me the $5 difference, and wrote me a hand written note on the invoice in sharpie saying "ground should get there within 3 days to your location " |

i've ordered from there several times.(s'where i bought my water cooling kit from) always got to my house within 3-5 days. although i wasn't happy with some ram-sincs i got for vid card(did not stick well. i was playing a game and heard 3 thuds and a plink as the thermal tape gave way. 3 hit the floor of the case, whilest the other banked off my linksys wireless card in pci slot below.) but service was great and knowledgable. i wished i had called them first before ordering first batch of hose to replace the old that was stained with dye. i bought the wrong size "DOH!!!" Asetek's 1/2" kit is NOT ID, it's OD. not very apparent on asetek's website and my googles didn't come up very fruitful either. but i would reccomend them. and i WILL be shopping there again.
