arrow Upgrading; Compatible Hardware?

Hey, I'm upgrading my computer so I can have a better video card. I'm buying a new PSU, Motherboard, and Video Card. I'd like to know if my hardware is compatible with the new motherboard.

I bought a 500w PSU so far: http://www.newegg.com/product/produc...82E16817148027

Motherboard I would like to buy: http://www.msicomputer.com/product/p...2-LSR&class=mb

Items I would like to transfer onto the motherboard:
Processor: Pentium 4 2.2Ghz Socket 478/400FSB/L2-512kb
Video Card: AGP x800XL 4x/8x
RAM: 2 X 512 PC2700 (DDR333)
Hard Drive: 1 EIDE ATA 100
CD-ROM: 2
Floppy: 1
Front Ports: 2 x USB, Headphone jack

If you need any other information please ask!

Thanks!!!
