adminisphere (  d-m  n' s-fîr') 1. (n.) The levels of management where big, impractical, and counterproductive decisions are made.
Example: The administration thought it'd be a good idea to replace all 700 of our servers with three mainframes as a way of speeding things up. I'm telling you they're brains don't get enough air in that adminisphere.
