Help don't know what to do

Here the problem i'm having my volume in and out on it own.. with i play music on winamp or media player the sound of the song goes in and out.. [ it like someone turning the volume up and down]. I have Audigy 2 Platinum with Creative Inspire 6.1 6600 at first i though it was the speaker volume control but i got a new one and it still does it so i reinstalled the drivers and it still does it. I check all the cable and stuff but it same..i have no idea what to do.. Only thing i can think of it buying a new card or speaker set

My pc is Windows Xp pro X64

Hi, this forum is for people using the kX Audio drivers, and since you are using Windows XP Pro 64 bit, it is safe to assume that you are not using the kX driver.

For support, you should really post your question in the Creative Labs forum since both your sound card and speakers are Creative products.

Aside from the above, have you tried connecting a different set of speakers (or even headphones) to the sound card? That should help you to easily identify whether the problem is with the sound card or with the speakers.
