Tickets out the freaking az
So I went to the club last night, as I often do on mondays. The stupid ABLE commision showed up and gave me a $250 ticket for leaning aginst a table (technicly its for "Under 21 recieving alcohol" but I had not touched any alcohol...) my friend that was with me got one as well and my 23 year old friend got a ticket for public intoxication (because the cops took him outside to give him at ticket for "Providing 3.2 beer to persons under 21")...
Man... Oklahoma is gay as freakin hell! I might as well just go out in public and drink now, I am going to get fined either way...

Did they give you a breath test? Is there anyone that witnessed you drinking that told the cops? I would think this one would be pretty easy to beat. If it's an 18+ club I would think that they would have to see you drinking, not just give you a ticket because you were near a beer. Get a lawyer. It would be worth paying for advice in this situation.
Honestly, I bet what you told us is not the entire story....

a lawyer will probably cost more than $250(but it might be worth it). but ed is right. as long as it is an 18+ bar & they can not prove you were drinking & you have friends that will say you were not....
keep in mind that if a cop says he saw you holding/drinking you are hosed.

yeah, that totally sucks.
Brings back memories of spring break 05 down in Port Aransas, Texas. Got busted by the TABC (texas alcoholic beverage commision) with a handle of Jose and a handle of Grey Goose. $350 fine, 6 months probation, and 8 hours Alcohol Awareness class (i was already plenty aware of alcohol).
Ironic that the entire weekend i went down for my court hearingg, i was drinking, with my dad and uncle no less. Man the redfish were biting that week...........

Lol, no I was in an 18+ club and was not drinking nor dancing. I was doing exactly like I said, leaning up aginst a table. I saw the cops come in so I was sure not to touch any beer... The thing is, the ticket is like 200$ and I will get it differd for another 50$, so it comes to 250$... not sure if it is even worth fighting...

Calling a lawyer is free. I believe you may be able to go with a court appointed attorney if you need legal counsel. Either way, I would seek legal counsel. I mean, if you aren't guilty, why just let it go? I know that if someone said I did something and I know I did not. I wouldn't allow the offense to be put on my record.
Good luck, whatever you decide.
