Yeah they also have a 64MB ver, and even tho the 128MB is $299MSRP, dell sells them for $250 for pcs. I would get it for $125 no more (64MB). If havoc and the PhysX both do what ATi and Nv do, then it will be fine. IMHO the Havoc FX looks better to me then this.
