Well, I have only ordered online with them the once (as I live 10mins down the road from their shop) but the service was excellent (order was sent out the same day and the product was well packaged).
So no complaints from me

Thanks, I didnt know whether to order it from SCAN or OCUK. I have heard so many horror stories about OCUK and problems with RMA's and email support. What did you order? anything expensive? I like the look of their all in one systems, pretty good pricing on those.

I use them as one of my main sources..... never had any problems at all...all delivery's are on time.
Except for one instance of not receiving a low budget GC for a pc i was putting together to sell took 8 days to arrive.... countless emails (all replied within 24hrs so no complaints there) turned out the royal mail neglected to leave a 'sorry i missed you card' 4 days earlier.i had no idea were the parcel was.

I love overclockers!
Had a few orders off them, the latest being just the other day, when I placed my order at around 4pm, had my tracking number emailed to me at around 8pm that same night, and received my new psu first thing on the specified date.
All of my other orders have been along similiar lines, never had any problems with them or their service, so a great big thumbs up from me

there great and fast with there orders, and they have great RMA service
the problem i do have with them though is there SUPPORT!
there great when you get though on the phone, the problem is there hard to get though to on the phone.
always busy and there quelines are huge and you do get disconnected after 15 minutes of the phone constently ringing and you have to start all over again in the que.....
thats my only gripe with them there phone support line.

i have ordered many things from them and they have always been great. for certain things they arn't the cheapest (sometimes aria.co.uk or ebuyer.co.uk are cheaper so have used them both a fair bit too), but I do prefer the slight premium to go for overclockers as things seem to arrive more quickly and the packaging etc seems better (aria for instance shipped my proc wrapped in some brown paper in a tiny cardboard box and that was it - it was in perfect condition though so shouldnt complain)
EDIT: Monitor, mobo, dvd-rw, gpu, and other various misc stuff bought form overclockers, and my 2 ex-housemates from uni last year both ordered quite a bit so must have known about 15 seperate deliveries all of which were on time and perfect condition

Great company. No problems at all with any of their service. the majority of my rig was bought at overclockers and i never had any probs with delivery and everything was well packaged.
I had to RMA some memory last year., I emailed them at lunch time and had an RMA number by 4pm.
Great service all round imo

been waiting ten days for my mobo already
possibly I'm just being impatient, but I didn't skimp on postage costs, I've not had a single email short of the "order aproved and accepted" one, and there's no bloody email address listed on the site! Phones seem busy all the time too.
I should really head to my local sorting office before I get all het up, cos like MIG, it wouldn't be the first time I had a parcel sitting in the damn post office for 4 bloody weeks
all my other orders have been flawless up to now

you need to keep calling them and you should get through. I know OCUK are pretty hard to get on the phone, but you need to keep trying.
10 days isnt right unless there is a postal strike in your area.

I've ordered from overclockers for years, anything from hard drives, gfx cards, cpu's everything, never had a problem, so i don't kno what the RMA situation would be, but i've never had a problem and the prices are always good.
Also like allan said Tekheads is also a top site.

my recent experience with them has been shockingly awfull, so I want someone to change my vote to 'NO!!'
the guy I got on the phone was just plain rude, and didn't even apologise for the fact that they'd cost me a whole heap of money.
He ignored most of what I was saying to him and just kept repeating "so do you want me to refund the money then?"
terrible

I find that nw they have their new phone system is is much easier to get thropugh to them, but before that it was a nightmare trying to speak to someone about an RMA.
Having said that I find that on reliability (next day, well pacled etc.) and price they are hard to be beaten as they pretty much match all the lowest prices and the "This Week" offers are good too
Having said al that for speaking to someone who can really help you I do like www.Kustompcs.co.uk, as well as www.cpucity.co.uk
