Yellow artifacts

Hi there,

It now happen frequently: I see vertical yellow artifacts on the desktop probably due to excessive and careless overclock on my 9500 through years (as you can see in my signature), but I'm not sure.
I formatted and changed the drivers but the problem persists.
If the problem is the card, can I save it ? Am I condamned to buy a new one ?

Thanks, sorry for the grammar...

EDIT ooops I got the wrong forum, please move to Hardware support
