Big Problem !!!

Hello ! i have little problem with game Urban Terror (mod to Quake 3) when i play after 1-3-10... min. game just frozen but when i change in my config r_ext_compiled_vertex_array "1" to r_ext_compiled_vertex_array "0" game is working well but when i change to 0 i have 10-40 fps. Please help me fix that problem. I'm looking forward to answer. My Graphic Card is Radeon 9550 !
