Meaker is on a distinguished road

New system together....

The system:

A64 3000 Newcastle s754 (£60)
Asus K8N4-E deluxe (£50)
512mb DDR (256 bh-6 (already had), 256 twinmos twister pc4000 (£30))
x700pro 256mb (£77.50)

As it came with drivers on disk and cat 5.6:

It's getting a little late so I will enjoy my system a little and give it a propper go on wednesday (out tomorrow). All benching was done at high texture detail.

Max settings (480/510(1020)) it will do going 30 secs in atitool without artifacting. Saw no artifacts in the tests. It really needs a new set of drivers and windows but meh.

Nice newcastle chip and x700, 400 mhz with .02V increase. I wonder how it does with more voltage. Do you have any Pi runs.

Nah, I am stretching this out for myself making the most of the new stuff ^^. I will later today as I am off to sleep now, I will give the CPU propper attention as the 2.4ghz was an afterthought hehe.

Pretty good for newcastle 2.4 ghz. Have you tried messing around with A64 Tweaker, geat memory tool.

Its pretty good, only thing I dont like is the NB position under the gfx card.
