DooM3 patch 1.3 & OpenAL support...
Hi to every one!
I am a kXProject drvier user from 2 years or so and I am very happy using them. I would like to know if the kXProject driver supports OpenAL because I would like to active this function in DooM3 patched with update 1.3 that integrates the OpenAL support. Thank you. |

openal is supported, although there's no 'native' openal provider bundled with the kX driver. that is, installing 'generic' openal driver (directx-based) should add nice 3-d audio to your openal applications

Open AL is something even Craetive don't fully support. Theres a beta patch out there for Audigy ZS that you can try but its not supported by Creative.
