Next generation vs. PCs

PC games are more fun to me, although I hold a special place for nintendo franchise games

PC.

Just cause I can play RTS and FPS without problems.

Consoles can't play those things without problems.

Until they get mouses. Which I doubt as of yet.

RPGs seem a bit more fluid with mouses too, but either works for me.

And plus, if I wanted a controller on the PC... I can.

If I wanted a mouse for the console... uh... what game is gonna support it?

I have more reasons, but I'll save em for later.

But I wouldn't mind getting the xbox 360.

Although I checked PC, it's conditional. If it's a FPS then I would like it much much more to use a keyboard and mouse. However with fighting, and driving games I'd much rather use a controller, as the keyboard would be rather cumbersome to use.

I also like that pc games are usually cheaper, and hit that ~$30 fairly quick

Post this on a console forum and we have reversed results.

There should be a middle option.. like both

cause thast what i will do.. however I will not upgrade my PC so frequently any more (havent been... well done julian for saving money) till its really worth it so PC games run smoothley and look nice.

Oh and consoles are great for racing games, fighting games, 3rd person kinda games...

but dam.. FPS.. haha and RTS..

say can anyone tell me if you can play halo on the xbox with a mouse and keyboard??

Lol Pc gamerz get all the chicks ! I WISH!!! i agree with sargent whitely about consoles not supporting/needing mouses

besides pc are overall better,they can do heaps more out of the box then a console
and anyway if u want anything for pc you can get it anytime! (for ex. a gamepad or a printer) with consoles your basicly stuck with what you got ! for ex. a xbox with 4 controllers. you carnt add anymore to a xbox let alone swap controllers for ex. useing a ps2 controller on a xbox

anyway enough blabbin on i agree with all you guys

The stuff I've seen on the PS3 at E3 is incredible. Killzone 2 looks amazing and I haven't seen anything like that on PC. I like PC better for gaming, most of the time..but the next gen looks amazing.

Wait until the next generation Video Card, they're coming soon and pretty close too when Xbox 360 release.

What I like about PC, it got everything I need (internet, online, mouse, KB,etc). Graphic is usally better on PC also. Like halo on console compare to PC, and Splinter Cell

yes your right about games like halo looking better on a pc i mean can a stupid xbox run it at 4xAA and 4xAF and maximum grafics at 60fps ??? with SM2.0 ???? NOOOOOOOOOOOO

and allso pcs have eeverything inclued Xboxes and PS2s dont you have to buy all this Xtra shit for it that should be inclued for FREE like DVD remote and Memory card and another controller!

Man I think its Goin to be a while (Pretty Good while at that) Before you can do the things we can on a PC on a Console... But... Consoles are for Entertainment Spacificly right? Like for Entertainment Centers and what not... Sure they might Look a little better but hey Can you do your Homework or do some Photoshop on a Console? I dont think So.
There Should be Some Kickass Hardware out on the Market for PCs anyway to Make sure PCs can Own the Consoles in Gaming as well.

I agree with the PC heads too. However, while watching E3 I heard a good explanation why console games look so good: It's because the game is geared toward a specific hardware setup. If you think about it it makes a lot of sense.

I'm playing with a 6800gt, 1G Ram, 2.4 GHZ and I never seen CG like that of Killzone 2 ---maybe I'm just not plaing the right games
