PLEASE PLEASE HELP


ok I found out what was going on, Basically, Ive started making my site using a premium template which is split into loads of different frames, ive placed pics, buttons etc between frames, Is there any way I can change the code so that even though Im using frames it will appear the same way as when you click on Preview? I can upload one page of html (note it is an adult site) if you then look at the page in "Preview" it appears normal. though if you click on "preview in web browser" you will see what i mean. I cant redo every single page Ive done so far as it would take me ages. Please help
