It is important that you have the VIVO version of the X800Pro first. You can identify it first off by looking at the box it came in, it's part of the SKU sticker. The other way to identify it, is by the yellow connector on the card at the same end as it's power connector. Then, you will need to pick up the flash program and the 16pipeline bios. It does NOT require any hardware modifications. Though the card will run hotter with the extra pipelines turned on.

I started with the BIOS for the
X800 Pro VIVO 16P (AGP) 256 MB. This will turn on the extra pipes without turning it into a X800XT PE. I would not flash right into a X800XT PE without a more adequate cooling solution.
Be sure to save your current BIOS first, in case you need to go back.
