If I were an MS employee I would have someone go back over the order logs and mail this guy and the others that are abusing this system the bill for the additional copies... now that would be funny!
**EDIT** I was thinking that this is not very amusing since anything that causes the company to lose money will cause the prices to go up... we will wind up paying for it.

I agree, while it may seem amusing, this kind of action is what forces MS to start charging $5 shipping and restricting availabilty to the US. It sucks.
Haha very amusing, but what about the people that genuinely need this service and in future may not be able to have it because of people like that

I have emailed MS about this because it is total BS.. especially if this jerk thinks that he should be able to order 3000 more.
Here is the email that I sent:
To whom it may concern:
I am just a bit concerned at what I saw on the internet this morning. It appears that there is a problem with the ordering system for the XP SP2 cd. A user was able to press the back button on his browser and resubmit his order 150 times and he was able to receive all 150 cd's. This user has been dared to order 3000 more cd's. I believe that something should be done to limit your order to 1 cd a day. (unless you are a retail outlet since they use different ordering methods)
I am not pleased seeing this because I know that this cost will be passed on to the consumer.
Please review the following website post which proves the fraud waste and abuse.

Sincerely,
Edited (privacy)
