well it depends on what features u want and what price range u're looking at. anwyays i found some info that may help u with ur decision. it's a bit of reading, but i believe it should be helpful to ya. Anandtech did some reviews of current 754 mobos including the one Lchevy picked out. Check 'em out:
http://www.anandtech.com/mb/showdoc.aspx?i=2063
also check out this one:
http://www.anandtech.com/mb/showdoc.aspx?i=2206
Hope this helps with ur decision somewhat...

neither am i. i remembered reading some reviews from anandtech.com and checked them out. the reviews for the mobos seemed to be helpful, but u should try and read some more reviews. i read the review they did on some 939 mobos and it was informative somewhat. try tomshardware.com, gamersdepot.com. they have some hardware reviews. not sure if they reviewed the mobos that u r looking at, but it's worth a shot. I am leaning towards building my 1st pc perhaps later this year and i have a LOT of questions to ask in here. So prepare urselves, guys...
