about the infamous "audio-overload" In logic 551

from what i read,it happens for many differents reasons, but often strangly,
related to midi?
To me,(at the beginning in logic), it happens every time i start play (EVEN with NO audio) with a Miditrack ,and i press/change view..very strange.
i did also did searches on the net..the people tell
"get another soundcard",but also peple with other crds have the same probs.
---------------------------------------
I have: lowered the "audio streams" to 2 ,then changed various latencies on control panel :nothing changed.
about buffer:nothing changed. What else can be tweaked /changed to get rid of the problem (th. mostly is midi related??), some interessant links here around don work anymore.
--------------------------
why we don collect that most usual behaviors of logic and post somewhere?t(he net is Full of that question, but answers are really incosistent)..

with an athlon 750 , 384mb ram and a sb live sb0060 - i would get that error a occasionally, but only during playback - make sure you have turned all sync options off

uhm i also did find the advice to turn off sync :
Song Settings > Synchronisation Options> stop Logic sending MIDi clock to all outputs.
but i think its a bug on logic: when you recall the full-view score window (during playback) it get asio/audio overload,if u recall the score-editor-window "sized" (not in full screen) during playback,it does not happen.

For now i'm experimenting with NO-audio recording, just midi (1 little drum track), so that's strange to get those errors.

could be a logic issue i guess - i usually don't use score, i use the matrix… but i generall stop playback before editing anything
