Sideband adressing any good?

Does SBA (sideband adressing) do any good?

A bit tough to answer as in some configurations it can cause instability. Best advice is to leave it on, benchmark and test your system for stability, and then turn it off and benchmark again to see the difference. Usually you can leave it on unless an issue is encountered. Some systems don't have the option to disable SBA in the BIOS.
