I edited an XT bios here at work, but I cannot flash it until I get home. Let me know how it goes.

Good luck!

the program also has the power to remove VIVO Features or Enabled them on XT and pro bios`s.

the good news is you can flash your PRO card with a XT bios and change the ID string in the bios aswell as remove the vivo function and place the speeds are what your X800 operates at then flash your card...

that way you can use XT Drivers aswell as overdrive if your X800 Pro does not have it

and one final note if your card does not overclock on the memory say your 5mhz off XT speeds then the bios may help aswell as XT bios`s reduce latency on DDR to produce higher clock

i want to know what all the DDR latency and settings mean
like a walkthough ect would be good idea from the creator.

Yeah, I saw that there was as bazillion memory timing adjustments. He's done a helluva good job with this release. Its gonna take some time just to figure out what does what.

Is that so?? Hmm. I have my memories at 560Mhz but the GPU sux at 520Mhz. Have to lower it to 500 or 475 for best stability in ATI-tool.
But it seems that it's the memories that's really doing all the work. I doesn't get any much difference when clocking the GPU to 520 vs. 475 when the memories are at 560Mhz.

Anyway, with the new RaBit I don't have to use RadClocker. Although, I wanna alter the fan speed by some BIOS setting, so it's constantly on 100%

EDIT: Hmm...could it be that the X800 Pro clocks better than the XT PE BIOS? I don't get any artifacts now when clocking to 520/560 on Pro BIOS.

can anyone point me to a very stable good clocking XT PE bios ?
from a card that has clocked very high on its memory over 560 ect.

i want to test this theory out on my card to see if i can push higher than 460
its highest with out artifact is 555, stable lol

OHH SHIT i just forgot i couldnt do it if i wanted to i have G2,0 memory not the G16 the XTPE`s have. Darn lol

Nope not that i can see anyway.

it does not have a 16pipe enabler or anysuch settings................

pitty lol

im still trying to find a XT PE bios thats a good clocker from a good clocking card.

has anyone flashed a X800 Pro before with G20 Memory with a XTPE G16 Bios ?????

did it opperate ok ? did it kill it ? or is it all in the timeings of the bios ect
like if i used this Bios editing tool could i change a XTPE`s BIOS memory timeings to be the same as my X800 Pro`s Timeings and it should be ok then right ?

all is confusing me lol i need a confusing book or something
ahhh coffie time its been 2 weeks off the smokes lol the stress is makeing me think of a fag so im off to make a cuppa instead

Virus2k, I'm also looking for a good overclocking BIOS. My GPU runs fine at 510mhz without artifacts. Quite a pitty...just 10mhz from XT PE speeds

P.S. I had my two cups of coffee. Makes the day shine

Well its only the memory for me lol my G20 DDR just cant quite reach XTPE speeds it does 555mhz stable though 5mhz more and the slightest of artifacts.

the Core is another story it will go as high as need be

stable at 580mhz with out voltmod :P

the performance would be sweet if only my card modded to 16pipes :/
it does mod to 16pipes but i had to diasble them again becuse 2 of the 4 pipes where faulty :P

i have there for modded my internal bios instead and have ti set at 580mhz/555mhz default clocks

so i dont need to use overclocking software anymore.

this program needs updated to add fan control so we can select the fan rotation then flash the card so it will have a faster fan speed at default

you do know your X800 Pro/XTPE cards are idleing at 43% fan useage
then after the temps go above 70c the fan speeds up............

this is unacseptable lol imho

yeah...the fan speed really suck. I use Ati-Tool and have set my fan at 100%. But it does that only in Windows.
How did you notice that 2 pipelines were broken??
