System Specs

i think the 940 (server) market have PCI-X .. (not to be confused for being PCI-EX, as they are 2 completely different things)

as for the 939 using PCI-EX...... same boat as tasty..... some time next year.. hopefully some news by about febuary or possibly earlier

actually... I think I saw it on the future roadmap... but I can't remember to be honest.

If you want pci-e in the near future then you'll need to use Socket 775... with the new 1066fsb extreme editions that are going to hit the market they're gonna be even faster than before with the 925XE chipset

Shinjikun is on a distinguished road

PCI-X is usually seen on server\workstation boards and can be easilly confused with PCI-E (Express). We should start seeing the first AMD PCI-E based chipset boards in October\November and hopefully people should have them in their hands in November, December or no later than Jan. (hopefully).

Like Shinjikun said, we should be seeing the first NF4 PCIe boards before the end of the year(they will also be making NF4 AGP versions so no worries if you have just bought an agp card). Abit has already shown theirs off at some show not long ago.
