DTS problem

Hello all,

I just installed the kX drivers hoping that my problems with AC3 passthrough would be history.
In dvd playback DD seems to work very well but for some reason DTS sound does not, external receiver (Yamaha 795) does recognise it as DTS but the sound is all wrong with gaps, hissing etc. Also I don't get that little AC3 passtrough sign when selecting DTS. Is this a bug or a feature? I read something about DTS cd's not being supported but what about normal dvd's?

Any help would be appreciated!

try connecting the DVD player directly to an RCA port to the decoder, see if that works

I don't think that's possible in this case, I'm using a standard pc dvd-player which afaik hasn't any audio output connectors so I have to use the Audigy's s/pdif.
