Supplement help: Hydroxycut

guys i wanna blast some more fat and I don't know that much about supplements, this is one of the wierdest and worst places to ask a computer forum lol. but have any of you used or heard of hydroxycut? i've been working out hard i just wanna boost my changes a little faster. it supposedly melts fat and boosts energy.

i've been working out heavily for last 2 months dropped 25lbs and my arms are as big as my head now haha. I started working out again after i got diagnosed with bad irritable bowel syndrome. but i wanna lose this damn fat so i wanna take this stuff.

checked some stuff online, they say another similar product is better but im just a starter, so tell me what you guys know.

wtf.... bbp.. don't go there.. some of the fat is there for a reason... and majority of the poople that say have near zero fat... usually say they feel "not right"..... You know, 10-15 $ an hour job and you'll be putting on muscle faster then any gym would provide.... might involve a trip out here though

It's your body, it doesn't need to be rushed. Try running a lot, I was doing 3 miles a day with my asthma, fat footed, bold leggedness, did wonders.

hydroxycut works....just be careful mixing it with anything...it elevates your heart rate and can increase the work of the heart...be careful

god no...if you want to loose weight, the only way is to work out, and run. all these diets dont work well, and pills are dangerous. if you're looking for a workout supplement, i would suggest something like a whey powder to put in orange juice, and possibly something like creotene, no2, or thermogen. the last two increase blood flow to your muscles so they gain more mass...creotene is similar, but uses water, so it's not as permanent, but is safer.

all whey is is the protein from milk. you can add it to basically anything and it comes in a variety of flavors. it gives you a nice protein boost to help build muscle and give you more energy.

Drink Yerba Mate, great energy helps with the digestion, it's helped people I know with IBS,and I lost 15 pounds when I started drinking it. Plus it's 100% natural, the south americans have used it for a millenia!

I'm losing weight myself... I used to be 13.5st... now I down to 12.5st - I want to reach 12 if not 11.5 - I'm just eating only when I need to and getting a little bit of excercise - not a huge amount... but then it's summer - so it's easier not to eat much

right now i take digestive enzymes somtimes if the meal is a little heavier or more junk in it.

running is painful on my legs, i just work out my legs with leg extensions and stuff, they are powerful i can do a lot but i have flat foot. i actually do a lot of cross trainer.

my workout usually is:
row (15x3sets)
milltiary press (20z3sets
bicep curls (70lbs 20x3 sets)
chin ups
bench (190lbs 20x3 sets)
crosstrainer for cardio (aka elipitcal trainer)
swiss ball movements
butterfly (20x4 sets)
leg extensions(180lbs 15x2 sets)
lat pull down (20x3 sets)

runnin doesnt do much for me, but yea these supplements do help i just need a boost you know. and i reduced carbs greatly and cut off pop/juice sugary stuff almost completely.
