New Doom3 footage -spoilers
TechTV/G4's show PULSE had a segment on Doom3 with new footage that really shows just how impressive this game is going to be. If you don't mind getting 'spoiled' by seeing some monsters and knowing the full plot line you might want to pass.. but believe you me.. the footage on TV was crystal clear and it looks even better then I imagined:

Yikes.. looks like they took it down already..
When I posted this info this morning around 12:15am there where 13,776 downloads.. now it shows 17,192..
oh well.. in 2 weeks you'll see just how good it is. |

Yeah.. I saved it on Tivo and the quality on TV was amazing.. HD almost. I had to replay it and watch it in slow-mo about 50 times-- it was mighty impressive. I think this is going to exceed my expectations way beyond what I had hoped for. Just bought a X800 over the weekend to make sure I can experience it in its FULL glory.
I really like how those monsters (forgot the name) warped in with the red lightning and then summoned more behind them. The 'warp' in was done with major style.. This has polish writen all over it.
