hahah that was hilarious.
to download it do the following:
view the source of the page, then find the *.swf file. copy the url, and paste it into google and hit enter...when the link comes up that says 'we cant find: ' and it lists the exact thing you put in, just right click on it and put "save target as"

if you simply walk into the booth... and right your name down.... don't vote for anything.. leave it blank.. and submit it.... it's called a vote of non confidence... which in turn is probably the best thing you could do.... why? Well if say the highest percentage of people voteing, was non confidence.... the candidates are VOID...a reelection has to take place emediatly, with new candidates... None of the orginals can run again in the "reelection"
