Are you sure Chris?

I have a SB0060 and with Win DVD set to digital SPDIF mode, I get great AC3 sound without using the surrounder or any external filters. Granted I have analogue speakers, does that make a difference?

Mind you I'm not complaining, just curious.

Hi there,
Maybe i found the answer...with kx3537 i got spdif sound from dvd that's nice.
But lights dont go to dolby digital or DTS..İ think i buy an optical out sound card
i can have my lights blink all the time ...but i connect pc to gd580 on coaxial out
thats the problem then...with only kx drivers i can get spdif sound from powerdvd...
any ideas?
