Open up kxmixer, and click on the 'Speaker Setup' button (the button that looks like a little speaker), and then choose 5.1 for the 'Speaker Mode', and place a check in the box next to 'Use Subwoofer Output'.

I do not understand, what happens when you enable subwoofer output?

This is normal behavior, so again, I am not sure what the problem is...

What is easy to understand.
OK this is the exact problem. When I turn on the subwoofer via the check box. I can not hear anything from my rear left and rear right speakers. I do hear sounds from the subwoofer. However when I turn this check box off, I hear sounds from my rear, front, and centre. But I dont hear any sound from my sbuwoofer. I have all the windows settings correct.(5.1 speakers, etc..)
IS there a way to fix this so I have bass outputed from my subwoofer, like is normal?

Hmm...
What type of speaker system do you have?
Does it have an independant subwoofer (i.e. does it use the LFE signal from sound card, or does it derive LFE from the other channels within the speaker system itself)?
What version of kX are you using?
Verify the connections to the sound card (kX Swaps Front and Rear by default, this option can be enabled/disabled in kxmixer):
Front = Green jack (Rear, if Swap Front and Rear is enabled)
Rear = Black jack (Front, if Swap Front and Rear is enabled)
Center and LFE = Orange jack
Verify individual speaker functionality using the kX Speaker Test applet.

The exact problem.
My soundscard is a SB0100 SoundBlaster Live Card.
I have a 5.1 Logitech X-530 speaker system
All my speakers are connected to my subwoofer, which in turn gives me a Green, Black, and Orange jack.
These are plugged into my sound card at the co-responding colors.
The version of kX I am using is the latest.
As for the LFE option I honestly do not know but I am sure that the documentation on the web can give u that answer.
Using the test option I get sound from my centre, left, right, and subwofer; with the subwoofer output box checked.
Using the speaker option with the subwoofer output box not checked - I get sound from everything but the subwoofer.
HOW do I FiX This?

NVM. I fixed it. The problem was that I was not using the proper play back device in winamp. However when I tested it with the kX mixer it showed that all my speakers were working. I do have a question tho; How do I increase the volume Per channel?????? A more important question What device is my sound card for audio??? In winamp it display 5 of them. What one am I using???????????? marco999

I am glad you figured it out.
BTW: I looked up the info on your speaker system, and it does have 6 discreet channels (i.e. all channels connect to the sound card).
kX Wave 0/1 is the only input that does upmixing of stereo sources (under the default DSP setup), so that is the device you would want to use, if you want more than 2 channels for stereo sources (mp3's etc).
The other devices are used for DirectSound 3D and AC3, but can also be used to send different audio to different pairs of speakers, etc.

One example woud be a multi-room setup (without the need to use ASIO).
i.e.
You could send a different stereo signal to 3 different rooms in your house by setting 3 different audio applications to use a different wave device, and the output of each application would be sent to a different pair of speakers: kX Wave 4/5 would be sent to the front jack, kX Wave 6/7 to the rear jack, and kX Wave 8/9 to Center/LFE jack.
You should read kX Help, and some of the guides for more info.

Thanks for the help. By the way is there a Linux version of the Driver, particularly for Ubuntu? If not could there be one? Marco999
