It's been extremely responsive for me too.
I guess I was really commenting on just how many people have been here today. The server comment was just an afterthought, sorry.

that's ok cymanator, The server is bizarre at times, over a thousand guys on and it's handling like a porsche, other times throw 300 at it, and it barely stays on it's feet. Bless ole faithful, and thanks to Scotty in the engine room.

.....well.. bandwidth wise.... it's got plenty of room.... server wise... not to much to work with..... however... most of the problems that DH ever gets is for a Driver release or something.... were people are hitting F5 (refresh for IE) faster then that can put the peddle to the medal when Roseanne shows up....

Scotty in engine room
How true though- weird at times how it can crap out- and hit the peak of 1000+ people and it does fine- I was on the whole time, pages mostly loaded fast, only one "server busy" message and it went away very quick..
I think we should name the DH server "The Enterprise"- it seems fitting.... I can just see Scotty in the "engine room" scrambling to keep it going sometimes.

I had a feeling that we'd beat the old record today. I was so sure that I even took a screen shot of the old record this morning before leaving for work.
Around 11:45 a.m. 2/12/04 Who's Online?

As of today (since May 4 2002), roughly 500+ posts per day!!! Ought to be some good responses in there - I too have found the folks here to be very responsive.
