FX 5800 drivers

i have a Geforce Fx 5800 and wanted to know if anyone out there knows what the best drivers are for it?

In the past i have read that 44.69 work very well, especially when over clocking.

However the best drivers for your PC would be ATI drivers and a nice red card to go with them
I have just sold my FX5900 and I suggest that for the future of your patience you sell your FX5800 on EBay and grab the equivalent but make it an ATI brand.

I guess it depends on whether your looking for speed and quality in your drivers, but give the 44.69 a go. Or try the latest detonators from Nvidia.

yes i've got a FX 5800 Ultra and the driver i use is 52.16 and its a very good driver it OC's well so try it and lost more


3dmark2003 5595 not OC
3dmark2003 6655 OC

Amd Athlon 2800XP Barton OC to 3000XP and FSB 400
Thermaltake Xaserlll case
512 PC3200 memory
Soltek SL-75FRN-RL Motherboard
PNY Geforce FX 5800 Ultra 128 at 500 core and 1 gig memory not OC / OC 550 core and 1.2 gig memory
Seagate 120 gig hard drive
Jet 7 CPU fan
temp is 31c

well, me using PNY FX-5800 with FW53.03 but yet to know whether there might be imga equality problem faced earlier with gaming while on 56.16, best I still prefer 45.23.
