Which one's do I get? 3dmark I mean? give me a link please?

1.1ghz 384mb sdram
geforce4 mx440 64mb PCI
directX 9 the dxdiag currently saying 8.1 but I know I have DX9..

I would get the 2001 SE Build 330 download. No harm in having both of course. Is that what you mean?

You can download 3DMark2001 SE (build 330) here and 3DMark03 (build 320) here. You also need to download the build 330 patch for 3DMark03, as we haven't uploaded the full install for that build. You can grab the patch here. Your graphics card is DirectX7-class, so in 3DMark2001 SE you can run 3 our of 4 tests, and in 3DMark03 only 1 out of 4.

I suggest that you download DirectX9.0b, and install that one. You can download it here.

3dmark2k1 is dx8.1

3dmark 2k3 is dx 9.0

as for your dx 9.0 fault there is a updated 9.0b just download from link i gave you.
