Driver Problems! Somebody help please!

Well... since i've been having my driver problems...

I was reffered to checking out the mobility modder, and modding the catalyst drivers for my system.
It's been helping, but not to the fullest extent.

I installed the Display Driver Catalyst 3.5, and the Control Panel Catalyst 3.5... However, i didn't install the TV-WDM capture driver...

Games.... more specifically, Warcraft 3, freeze up/pull up blue screens, and restart my system. When it finishes rebooting, a little box appears (i have windows Xp by the way) that states : Windows has recovered from a serious error. It appears that your display device was unable to complete a drawing function... and it goes on to tell me that i should send an error report to Microsoft.

I'm using a lap top.
Satellite 1905 s303
Windows XP
ATI Mobility Radeon
2.5 Ghz.. about..
and more than enough RAM to run any games...

Can anyone help me?...
Please?

EDIT: and if this matters at all... it's a Toshiba

Why don't you try to unistall completelly your grafics card from the device manager and then try to re-install it (including the wdm drivers this time ). Alternative, you can try to install the latest mobo drivers and see what happens

I uninstalled the drivers for my card, and downloaded the new catalyst 3.7, then modded it with patje's mobility modder. Sadly, it didn't seem to work, and blue screens keep coming up when i try and run the game. Somone, anyone, know the answer to what plagues me?... And.. the latest Drivers from Toshiba.. well.. i don't think February 2002 drivers (their latest for my system) is going to work .

You have the ATI M6 chipset
The nearest spec sheet I can fine is for the M4 chipset with is based off the very old Rage128 chipset.

I'd try those Toshiba drivers if I were you.
If they fail to work, then I'd log a fault report with both ATI and Toshiba

Why don't you try not to modd your drivers and put the drivers that came with your pc?

Already tried that. I've modded many different drivers,... the newest catalyst, omegadrive's, my original drivers, and toshiba's 'updated' drivers.... what can be done?
