Woman gives birth to twins at 70
A woman who is reportedly 70-years-old has given birth to twins, making her the oldest woman in India to do so.
According to Indian Broadcaster TV Today Omkali Singh Panwar and her 77-year-old husband, Charan already have two married daughters and five grandchildren, but they were desparate to have a son.

Im sure he is out of his depth,By time these two kids are old enough to look after him,the chances of him being deceased should be incredibly high.

I thought your supposed to kill old people when they get to a certain age.
Guess this planet won't survive very long once 70 yr old's having kids is the norm and they continue to live till they are 120.

Thats not what i meant. !
Just when the 2 twins become old enough to fend for them self reasonably well,Lets say around 10 years old Mum & Dad will be 80 & 87.
Then comes school age etc even older.And the average life expectancy is perhaps a little lower then the west,The twins have a raised chance of loosing the parents at a relatively young age.

While marvels of engineering or human strength are things to be admired, 'marvels' like this should be abjured in the extreme.
I feel sorry for the kids and I think the parents are just being selfish in the extreme. How can these children possibly end up living a 'normal' life? (as much as any life is normal). They're just going to end up in a foster home or something like that.
