Well you have to figure out a way to get it to work! I would also be lazy like that as well lol.
What I have done before was:
Since my monitor has a VGA and a DVI I use my computer with the DVI and the 360 with the VGA and just switch between them with a touch of a button
I have a tv now so I don't need to do that anymore! |

i was thinking about taking out my spare machine and just using my main machine's DVI port to my monitor, and the VGA port from my 360. but, now i need to use my spare machine again for some school projects, and other tests after that (install win2k3 server enterprise trial edition for school, and then attempt to install a slipstream copy of winXP sp3 on it to make sure my slipstream copy works), and once i've done all that, i'll go ahead and take off the VGA based KVM switch and hook up my main machine via the DVI and my 360 through the VGA ports to make it all work. but, that won't happen at least until the end of the semester though  |
