Wilier is on a distinguished road

Popping Colour...

Been messing around in PSP and discovered how to do this.
Its a nice effect which Ive seen elsewhere, but I think it looks cool.

I tried it with childrens photos and pics of my fathers farm
they really stand out!!

GutterPunk: If PSP = Photoshop then I would say that you can make the same thing in GIMP.
