EA Secures $1 Billion Loan Commitment for Take-Two Buyout

According to a new SEC filing, Electronic Arts has received a commitment from Morgan Stanley and other banks (including BNP Paribas, Bank of Novia Scotia and KeyBank) for a loan up to $1 billion to use towards its acquisition of GTA publisher Take-Two Interactive – should the two parties ever reach an agreement.

I just finished a 12 hour run at my casual job (7pm to 7am). I'm exhausted, hurting all over, and can't seem to keep my eyes open, but for some reason I feel like I have just enough energy to start up a game of GTAIV, and start blowing away some flying rats.

At any rate, the law considers it rape when you force yourself on another person if they say no. So, take the hint, EA. No means no.
