Just one more reason why an nVidia card will never reside in any system that I own.
They pulled the same BS when DX 9 first arrived. Their DX9 card was broken from the get go, and lots of $$ changed hands to keep a number of developers from implementing DX9 until Nvidia could get their shit together.
You can damned sure bet that when nVidia gets gets a working 10.1 card that the 'issue' with the game will magically get fixed.
nVidia has a long history of shady shit like this, and they are second only to Intel for that.
