Hi Robert,

New member here! I finally got my X-Fi Elite Pro (SB0550) to work! I've been working with this for about 3 weeks now. I'm using the Youp-Pax Software Suite 2008. I would like to let you know what is going on.

Installation took 2 attempts. First time, it hung at 71%, right when it was starting to install the drivers. Waited about 15 minutes, then had to get out using Task Mgr. I thought things were screwed up so I uninstalled everything, ran DC, and started over. This time, got to 83%, did the same thing as before, again getting out using task mgr. I found out that the drivers were installed, so I got the 2/2.1 mode in digital I/O all setup. Can't get 5.1 analog to work, just center channel works. I'm using Logitech Z-550 speakers.

Hi Robert,

I Just want to thank you for the great work that you are doing. I now have my X-Fi Elite Pro up & running great! Just some ignorance on my part, I apologize. I just simply had to get familiar with all the settings & features.
