Which Memory Should I Choose

Since I've had to RMA my G.Skill DDR3 1600 memory back to Newegg for a refund, I've been looking to replace it with something else. At the moment there are not a whole lot of choices, but I've narrowed my choices done to the following two.

1st - Newegg.com - mushkin 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory

2nd - Newegg.com - OCZ Platinum 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory

Which 4 gig set do you think would work better with my Gigabyte X48T-DQ6 and a e8400 processor. I'm leaning toward the Mushkin memory at the moment, but have heard some good things about the OCZ memory also.

Hi PJ. I ordered the Mushkin memory from Newegg last night, I won't get it till Thursday (May 8th). I will post back after I get the memory installed and have time to set things up properly.
