How many of you will be leaving WoW for this game?
I think this game has a lot of potential and I happen to like the mounting system as well as the DX10 support and play style. The music choice is fantastic and the graphics are visually stunning. For those of you lucky enough to have a beta key for the 1st like myself post back with your feedback and I will do the same. Also if you want to get together and team up in the beta post post here and don't forget to digg the link if you like the game and will be pursuing it

So many games have been dubbed WoW killers dude and none of them manage it. Not even a WoW2 or something like that could kill WoW atm :/

Well I suppose all good things come to an end eventually. Personally I can't stand WoW and was willing to try it out when they had the free trials and well I didn't even play it 15 minutes before uninstalling it. To kiddy for me and there was no way in hell I was going to pay $15/m to play that visually awefull game. I don't understand why people or should I say why kids waste there money on that game but then again it's not there money they are spending its there parents. I don't normally bash games or anyone for there choices but lets be real here WoW is just awefull and full of millions of awefull little magots.

Bastards didn't give me a beta key but keep spamming my email with newsletters. I want to try the game out but don't really care for MMO's.

Did you sign up for the beta through FilePlanet or do you have a FilePlanet subscription? If you have a subscription you should be able to get a beta key fairly quickly.

Well, this is what you should consider.

Blizzard has more money than the Devil could even imagine.

The only thing that can take down a game that continues to bring in billions of dollars is something Blizzard will create.

And even then it won't kill WoW dude. the only chance blizzard have got of being shut down is if somebody destroys all the world servers simultaneously. and i mean that, if all the english servers go down everyone will go make a char on a german server or w/e because that's how desperate they are.

Honestly, i've seen it happen.

Well the beta starts tomorrow but for some reason the beta key fileplanet sent me has already been registered and when I contacted funcom about it they said it was already bound to an account to contact fileplanet and fileplanet said someone has been using my account for some time now to change my password and that they couldnt manually hand out another key. Wow just Wow....Well come to find out I finally figured out what happened and I know the person who has been using my account without my knowledge and a serious ass kicking will be taking place very soon..! On any note I went to gamestop yesterday and preordered and got my book and key for my mount. If any of you guys are playing the beta please post some pictures back here since I am no longer going to be able to participate in the beta now thanks.!

Hmm, I wasn't an awful little maggot the last time I checked, and neither is my wife that plays also. WoW is the only MMO I've liked so far. 15 minutes of play makes you an expert I suppose

Conan does look pretty cool, I might check it out if they have a Mac version.

About the Open Beta
If you didn't get a key don't worry, The max lvl in Open Beta will be 13! LOL! So relax and wait for the release

I have justed pre-ordered the Collectors Box

It's an innovative game! So many features! But it needs a good computer with dx10 to feel all of it's glory!

It has already over 1,5 million boxes sold.
I believe that it will take WoW's throne over time, when more people will have a recommended pc for this game. The only limit to this, is the mature rate (over 18), so some kids or teens will stay out.

Hope to see some of you in-game after 20th of May

I have this game preordered...for about 3 months now and have been watching it for a while.

I think it will be awesome but it will not be a WoW killer.

BTW, the beta sucks. I was in the pvp beta and the open beta and it ran like total crap for a whole lot of people...like me.

^ There are some screens in there I took if anyone case to see. The first 2 show a shadow problem I'm getting with the beta. There are other screens in there as well so you might have to scroll through.

My pc is x2 4800+, 8800gts (320 mb) and 2 gb of ddr2 800

I hope they clean it up because I think it could be an awesome game.

Well it's a love or hate thing for most people. You swing as you press 1,2,3 or click on the arrows in the UI.....no auto attack at all.

And special moves are done by pressing them (1,2,3 or the arrows) in the correct order to do the special move.

So far it's decent imo but I have only played lower lvls. I'm thinking it's probably a lot more fun at higher lvls.

We will see...

Well I have to be honest combat is pretty different from the point and shoot most people are used to. I like it because you actually have to aim at these people and use combos at the same time and when you get fatalities its so awesome and blood splats on the screen lol. I have ordered the CE from bestbuys and will be playing on the 17th for early access. Really I think this game is going to rock I mean they sold out of early access orders so that has to tell you something right there
