check for a pulse?
WITNESS: No.
ATTORNEY: Did you check for blood pressure?
WITNESS: No.
ATTORNEY: Did you check for breathing?
WITNESS: No.
ATTORNEY: So, then it is possible that the patient was alive
when you began the autopsy?
WITNESS: No.
ATTORNEY: How can you be so sure, Doctor?
WITNESS: Because his brain was sitting on my desk in a
jar.
ATTORNEY: I see, but could the patient have still been alive,
nevertheless?
WITNESS: Yes, it is possible that he could have been
alive and practicing law.

but what is he to search on ... some simple search Queries

court record - 112 search results

lawyer and witness - Ok only 7 results but one of those is 500+ posts is he to check every one

Doctor - 300 results ... wont even bother looking in there

Blood Pressure - 80 results ...pheww that narrowed it down

Autopsy - 20 results and about halfway down i find a previous posting of this joke ... but so what it was funny and be honest does everyone have to do a 15 minute search for a possible earlier posting just to post a 10 second joke

Don't take it like that. I was joking.

Falstaff is free to repost any joke, any time. He's doing an honest effort to entertain us and I usually like his jokes. I like this one too.
