Can't get CS 1.6 to do surround sound.

I just bought an Inspiron 530 and had the Logitech Z-5500 for a few years now.

Specs:
Vista Home Premium 32-Bit
Q6600
DDR2 667Mhz 2x512MB
250GB Sata
Intel GMA 3100
Realtek HD Audio - ALC888

All the drivers is up to date.

Well, when I play CS 1.6, the surround sound aren't working. I ticked the EAX and A3D.

System Specs

i don't think the realtek chip supports either EAX or A3D
