FS: 2 ATI HD3870's
Well time to part with these as I have 2 HD3870 X2's now......
Anyways quick rundown-
Diamond HD3870's w/ Thermaltake DuOrb VGA coolers (aftermarket, however both cards will include Stock HSF's and bridge connectors)
These cards have been barely used, and never abused at all. They did 1 set of benchmarking and a little bit of gaming here and there.
Here they are installed.
Selling them as a pair, or separate.
Looking to get $250USD/per card shipped, if you buy both I will knock price to $475USD shipped (Continental US Only, outside of the US please contact me for shipping)
[ HEATWARE.com ] - My Heatware.
Thanks

I have P5W DH Deluxe. Is it worth running these in x8 mode? Do you have the original coolers?

hmm... i can get new BBA for 299.00$ or PBA for ~230.00$ DuOrbs are around 60.00$
I don't feel like adding 3 more fans into my case. Are those silent in 2D mode?
What to do... I would like to run 3 displays mostly... or wait for R700...? hmm...

For anyone else who's wondering, see that article for information.
Little difference in performance overall, would work fine on an 8x/8x setup.

The DuOrbs are very quiet in comparison to other coolers out there. They also idle the cards at 30C (stock cooler is around 45-50C) and load never goes above 55C (old stock cooler is around 75-80) bout normal room temp of 20C.
Also the DuOrbs do not throttle, they are powered through molex, so they are at full all the time and are quiet in comparison to my 120mm's that I use on my radiator.
