So this is wut I ordered. Finally getting a new computer!
Basically, my dealer told me he didnt have the 780i so I ordered a Asus P5E which is basicaly the same as the Maximus Formula, but with DDR2. It also support the new "Penryn" cpus. I also change the PSU to a Enermax 620 (which was 30$ less then the Corsair TX650W). He told me a 620w is enough and he has the same setup as I ordered but with a QX9650. I also change back the memory to the Corsair 4gb kit 800Mhz.
CPU: Intel Quad Q6600
RAM: 4GB Corsair XMS2 TwinX C5 800mhz
Graphics: Asus EN9800GX2 G 1024MB
Motherboard: Asus P5E X38
PSU: Enermax Liberty 620watts
Operating System: Vista x64
Display: Gateway 21" Widescreen <-- I already has this
Cooling: Stock Intel, Ill get a good one later.
Hard Drive: Seagate 7200.11 500GB 32M
Case : Coolermaster 690 Black
With all that said, Im happy the way the comp turned out and finally i will change my old A64 3000+ / X850XT / 1.5Gb Ram.
Thx DH for all your help! -Bullet

i really think the memory was a bad choice... ddr2 1066 is about 25% faster or more as there are sets that have the same timings at those speeds....

He told me that the OCZ wasnt a good Ram. He had alot of returns and he told me that the 1066mhz is only when you overclock your pc. After he said 30% of the customers who had those, they basically came Dead on Arrival and they had to swapped them with the Corsair instead.

thats not true anymore. the board can support DDR2 1066 natively so its completely different.
if you are like me, you cann feel every detail of the added performance.......
corsair has DDR2 1066 2x2GB sticks too.....

It's around 2-3% difference in performance going from DDR2-800 to DDR2-1066. If you can pay the same amount of money to get a faster CPU, you're almost always going to see a better boost to performance from that.

ehh i suppose so, but added throughput really seens to help when it comes to responsiveness, especially latencies.
he shouldve gotten the Corsair XMS2 C4 800mhz at least..... theyre latencies help out alot.

They only have this Corsair 4GB kit in DDR2. They didnt have the Dominator, or they only had 2gb kit and I want 2x2gb so later if I need more memory, ill throw in another 4gb kit.

It's a good rig you ordered, but personally I'd go with Q9300/450. Or would buy water cooling and make Q6600@3.5+
